Terms of Use License Grant and Restrictions PackTrack.com hereby grants to you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the PackTrack tracking systems and any information derived therefrom (collectively, the “Tracking Services”) solely for the purpose of monitoring and tracking shipments that you have personally tendered to a carrier or that have been tendered to a carrier on your behalf or for your benefit. Any use of the Tracking Services for any other purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to (i) tracking shipments in which you have no legitimate interest, (ii) commercial resale or redistribution of tracking data, (iii) automated scraping, data mining, or bulk extraction of tracking information, (iv) competitive analysis, or (v) any unlawful purpose, is expressly and strictly prohibited. Without limiting the foregoing, you shall not, and shall not authorize or permit any third party to, copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, create derivative works from, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code or underlying algorithms of the Tracking Services. PackTrack.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the Tracking Services, without notice or liability, for any actual or suspected violation of these terms. This license and your right to use the Tracking Services shall automatically terminate upon any breach by you of the restrictions set forth herein.
